Dr. Rachel B. Head

Dr. Rachel Baublet Head was born and raised in Nacogdoches and was proud to return to serve East Texas in the summer of 2014. She received her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Texas A&M University and she continues to be a loyal Aggie fan. She earned her medical degree at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, then went on to complete her general surgery internship and urology residency at the University of Mississippi in Jackson. Dr. Head is Board Certified by the American Board of Urology. She enjoys many areas of general and pediatric urology including: kidney stones, minimally invasive treatment for enlarged prostate, urinary incontinence and overactive bladder, men's health issues, bladder, kidney and prostate cancers, voiding dysfunction and childhood urologic disorders. She is a member of the American Urology Association, Texas Medical Association, Society of Women in Urology, and Christian Medical and Dental Association. Dr. Head is on full time staff at Nacogdoches Medical Center, Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital, and The Surgery Center of Nacogdoches. Her interests outside of urology include: spending time with her husband and three sons, involvement in her church, travel, cooking, and college football.

Chantell Comans is originally from Taylorsville, MS. She received her first undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Mississippi in 2010. She later joined the Army National Guard in 2013 and worked as a Finance Management Technician. After deciding to pursue a career in nursing, she went back to school and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Union University in 2015. Her career as a registered nurse started in the Emergency Department at a level 2 trauma facility in Memphis, TN and then travel nursing. In 2016, she obtained a direct commission through the Army Reserves and became a Med Surg Nurse with the new rank of Second Lieutenant. In 2020, she graduated from Harding University with a Master of Science in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner. She then began her career as a family nurse practitioner here in Nacogdoches where she worked in primary care for three and a half years. Last year, she was honorably discharged from the Army Reserves with the rank of First Lieutenant. She is licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing as an advanced practice registered nurse and board certified as a family nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is married with two children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching college football and basketball.

Bre was born in Nacogdoches, Texas. Her and her husband of 6 years have a home in her hometown of Garrison, Texas with their two children. Bre has been working in the medical field since 2016. For her free time, she enjoys time spent with her family and friends, playing slow-pitch softball, traveling and almost any outdoor activity.

Judith lives in Nacogdoches with her spouse of 17 years and their 3 children. She enjoys watching her children's extracurricular activities while also assisting in running her husband's business.

Miko was born and raised in Nacogdoches. She is the proud mother of two beautiful children. Miko has worked in the medical field since 1998, and enjoys crafting and traveling in her free time.

Angela was born and raised right here in Nacogdoches. She and her husband share three amazing children who have blessed them with 3 beautiful granddaughters. Angela has worked in and around the medical field for 35 years and loves spending time with her family and working 1000 piece puzzles.
